    Hi AmenRetro, Welcome to WindowsBBS. :) About all I know is you have Posted in the Vista Forum. Please take the time to fill in your System specs as this will help us to help you. What happened recently for the image to appear? Are you using a HP Product? Did you download software? Neil.
