    Welcome to WindowsBBS :)

Please do not tag onto an existing thread - your issue is not related in any way to that thread - always start your own thread. Your post moved to a new thread.

We encourage all members to complete their System Specifications which help us to help you :) Can only assume that you are running Windows 7 as you posted in that forum.

Run your Memory Dump through our Dump Data Collection tool and post the log here - in this thread.

And more details about your problems?

When does this error occur (eg what are you doing)/what happens when you try to download anything?

Even posting the stop message code could help.

hey i got what's the problem with my system when i'm trying to downloading files from net, even i got solution to the problem i.e.,:1) Open Internet Explorer.
    2) Click on Tools, Click on Internet Options
    3) On the General tab under Temporary Internet Files, click on Delete Files
    4) Click Ok when it asks if you want to delete the files
    5) Under the History section on the General tab, click Clear History, then click Ok
    6) Close Internet Explorer
    7) Log off the current user and Log onto another user account such as Administrator
    8) Click on Start, Run
    9) Type CMD and Press Enter to open a command prompt
    10) Change directories to the Temporary Internet Files directory by typing the following command, substituting the correct drive letter and the word username with the correct user in Windows XP.

    cd drive:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

    Example: cd c:\Documents and Settings\Mark\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

    11) type del index.dat and press Enter
    12) Type Exit and press Enter to close the command prompt
    13) Restart your computer
but when i'm clicking delete files button under temporary internet files i'm getting one error message that is:
internet explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close.
the following add-on was running when this problem occured:
    file: IEBHO.dll
    company name: iMesh.inc
    description: IEHelper.

I assume that you are using IE6 & SP2. I would strongly urge you to upgrade to IE8 & SP3 as support for SP2 has long ended.

But before that, you have to visit Malware and Virus Removal forum, read this announcement fully & post your problem over there. Your computer is infected.

    Don't upgrade anything.

Its important as untill & unless the infection is removed, any updation could render your system unusable.

Have you posted your problem in Malware and Virus Removal forum yet ?
