Having the dump data file to look at would be very helpful. I personally may not be able to give a definitive answer but there are those here who can point you in the right direction.

Follow this link for instructions in collecting the dump data.

More information would be useful. Like since when are you receiving this error, did you install/uninstall/update any software or driver before that or did you change/added any hardware ?

Also complete your System Details. 32 bit OS doesn't tell us anything.

Anything more to offer ? Like any new software/hardware addition/updation/deletion ?

You are currently using SP2. Upgrade to SP3 & install ALL patches.

I hope you downloaded the wifi driver from the manufacturer's site & not from any other site. Roll back the driver to see if it solves your problem.

Bad RAM/hard disk errors can also be a problem.

Though you can install SP3 through Windows Update, I prefer to download the installer & then install it.

    Download Windows XP SP3.

I just downloaded and Installed the service pack 3 also I installed brand new ram in it along with the old ram already installed. Should I remove the old ram to see if that fixes it? And yes I downloaded the driver from d-link's website. And this is the first running SP3 So maybe that fixed it?

Can't say for sure unless the system works stable for some time.

You should also install all updates AFTER SP3 & if you are using IE6, install IE8.
