[Windows Update - keeps wanting to restart over & over]

    Hey guys, recently my Windows Update just keeps telling me to restart, i restart then it just says the same thing. And when its trying to update 1 out of 16 when i restart it just shuts down. The i keep getting the same error.

    Hi TomHasThePower, Welcome to Windowsbbs! :)

    I would first try running the Microsoft Fixit tool from this link, Reset Windows Update Components.

    Then Download the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 and see if you can successfully install updates without the computer rebooting itself.

    Also please enter your System Details. It helps us in answering your questions.
