   According to the chart, the warranty was up after 3 years for the WD Blue, so looks like I'll have to get a new hard drive. Is there a specific one I need to get, or will any do?

   Any SATA hard drive will be fine but for good performance make sure you get one that spins at 7200 RPM and that's at least 500 GB's.
