We are getting closer. Unfortunately when you uploaded the screenshot, the URL took me to the logon page instead of the link to the picture.

The problem with your link is the pictures can only been seen by you since the pictures are in your account.

    Try it this way.

Instead of logging into your account on the imageshack.us website just visit the site like you normally would.

    1. Under where it says Browse, select, upload now!, select Upload: images/videos.
    2. Now click the gray Browse button.
    3. Locate your Startmenu.png picture and click the Open button.
    4. Where it says Enter your email for an instant free account leave that box blank.
    5. After thats done click the blue Upload Now button.
    6. Wait for the green progress bar to finish loading all the way.
    7. If you get a Register Now pop-up just close the dialog box.
    8. Now you should see your image in the upper left of the webpage.
    9. Click on the image.
    10. You are brought to another page that will show you a bigger image of the one you uploaded.
    11. Copy the URL of that webpage and paste it here.

I hope I was specific enough. If you are still having difficulties then I can show you in a few screenshots of what I am talking about.

In Autoruns on the Logon Tab Uncheck the following entries, HotKeyCmds, IgfxTray, Persistence, APSD aemon, EasyBits Recovery, IAStoIcon, iTunesHelper, NUSBMON, Quick Time Task, SunJavaUpdate, TKBellE.exe, MagicDisk.lnk, OpenOffice.org, Windows Mail.

After those items are unchecked reboot the computer. Also what security software is the computer running?

Are you paying for Norton 360?

IMO I would suggest that you remove Norton using the Norton Removal Tool because those security suites have a bad reputation for slowing down users computers. Plus, in some cases they aren't as effective at catching malware when compared to some of the free security products available.

Once you remove Norton, download and install Microsoft Security Essentials which is much lighter on system resources and easier to use.

Also please enter your System Details. It helps us in answering your questions.

Note: A common error is to forget to show your System Details in your profile:

Make sure to do the above when entering your System Details, thanks.
