virus win32/flicker

    Hi ,my computer is infected with win32/flicker,I'm trying to download speedypc to remove the virus but it wont let me,after I did run,I get this message:window cannot access the specified device,path,or file.You may not have permission to access the item.What should I do?please help.thank you.
