SYSTEM-THREAD-NOT-HANDLED error msg

I'm getting this error message and my computer restarts about 2x/day over the last 3 days. Any suggestions?

0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

A system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch. There are numerous individual causes for this problem, including hardware incompatibility, a faulty device driver or system service, or some software issues. Check Event Viewer (EventVwr.msc) for additional information.

I need some more information about your issue. Does the blue screen happen randomly or can you reproduce the behavior on demand? Did you install any software or make any changes to the computer before it started blue screening?

If you boot the computer into Safe Mode does it still blue screen?

Follow these instructions to post a Dump Data Log.

If you do not have a dump, ensure that your machine is configured to write out a dump by following the directions from microsoft.

Also please enter your System Details. It helps us in answering your questions.
