Most things cant be Opend/Found

I am sorry for not being able to give a right title to this. I also am not sure how to describe this horrendous problem for me. Most items including troubleshooting cant be done. I have enclosed PrtSc [I thought I could but cant attaché the PrtSc] as I have no technical knowledge. I have copied & pasted my system information. I did not know which info you might need. This is the only Computer out of 3 that I own that has this problem.
Living in hope of a easy remedy.

How To Add System Specifications To Your Profile

 

Most things like what? Programs, games, files, links etc.?

 

I have worked hard through most of the night. This is what has come on my screen when I right click for properties to open a Programs, Software, and also C Drive there is no information on Size of Hard Drive [on the above Posted Laptop 8.1 Windows]
Network Error - Error Code 0x800704b3 I do not know where to find information on this.

If you backup your data first you can utilize the Recovery partition on the Disc and restore to Factory condition. Neil.
