Internet connection to Hughes Net

How does Cindy need to connect to the net right now? We've disabled her connections per your instructions, yes???? The Hughes Net page came up on MY pc, not hers.

 

OK we are dealing with only Cindy not yours!

Please make no changes on yours!

I need to confirm that you disabled Cindy's wireless Local Area connection.

That you put a cable from her network connector and then into cindy's router

That you opened a browser on cindy and typed in 192.168.1.1 hit enter.
