Many blue screen errors can be resolved by making sure that Windows is up to date. In the search box on the taskbar, type in Windows Update, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.

Hi JoseM, Welcome to Windowsbbs! :)

I would first try Performing a clean boot in Windows and see if the blue screens continue to occur.

If the machine has another BSOD then Follow these instructions to post a Dump Data Log.

If you do not have a dump, ensure that your machine is configured to write out a dump by following the directions from microsoft.

Also please enter your System Details. It helps us in answering your questions.

Note: A common error is to forget to show your System Details in your profile:

Make sure to do the above when entering your System Details, thanks.

May not be relevant here but perhaps worth mentioning anyway: I had BSOD errors with a Win7 computer I was given. Turned out to be a faulty graphics card. After I changed the card the errors disappeared and the machine has worked perfectly ever since.
