Resolved Can't view PDF Statments when logged on to bank

I downloaded Firefox and it works perfectly!! Thank you all for your help and advice.

 

Open up IE. Then go to Tools/Windows Update then click on Check for Updates and see if there are any. What made me wonder was when you said you installed IE 11 which was offered as an update over a year ago. If you had updates to install automatically, it would have been on you computer already.

You can also look in the same place and click on Change Settings and see what it says. I have mine to Download updates but let me choose when to install them. That way I know that they did get offered and installed. Updates are on the 2nd Tues. of the month. Sometimes it may be Wed. when I get the. Your choice.
