I have Windows 7 Home Preminum and using IE. I used to be able to print my statements but for some reason now I can't. I call the bank and of course they tried it and of course the statements came up. They said it was my computer. My computer tells me that I am using the latest Adobe Reader update. I have been trying to find the problem for a while last night, and this morning and I still can't come up with the fix. Can anyone maybe lead me in the right direction? Also I used to have windows XP on my computer, but I went to Windows 7 about 4 or 5 months ago. I am also using Google as the search engine. I tried differenon SE but it still did not work.:confused:

Yeah, that's happened to me a few times..Either couldn't read it or it was corrupted. I think using a different browser should help. although I was sure using IE was the fix, I see it isn't working for you

I tried Goggle Chrome. It would read it, but I was showing me only about 3/4 of the page of my statement for some reason. Do you have to purchase Mozilla's Firefox??

Yes, the free version does have a few extras, but maybe a bit more than I realized.

James you might need to give it another go. I've never had any problems with it - except the continuing suggestion to use 'Cloud'. I still keep my feet on terra firma :D Neil.

The bank said that they were using IE 10 or 11. I down loaded IE 11 and it still does not work. I guess I will just have to have the bank to mail me my statements. I don't know what happen because I use to look at them and print them out.

Do you download MS updates? IE 11 was released on Nov. 7, 2013. That was over a year ago.

No, I have not tried down loading MS updates. You are talking about Micro Soft updates right?

Yes I am talking about Micro Soft. Not updating Windows is like playing Russian Roulette with only ONE of the SIX bullets missing.

Why haven't you done Windows Updates?

MrBill, my computer automatically install window updates and I throught that was taken care of. Is there something else I need to do? Everything else is working perfectly. As you can see I know a little about computers, but I am not a master at it.
