Buying a new HP computer - Any thoughts on this one?

    I've thought about that. but want to save it as a last resort. Got an email from Seagate today recommending I email tech support. I will try that first. If not luck - I'll open the case.

    Don't know why is so important......I guess I just want to know - curiosity - glad I'm not a cat.

    I finally got an answer from Seagate. They replied with a link to a data sheet for the Baracuda 7200.10 family of drives. My model number wasn't on it their response was

    "The drive ST3360320AS is in the Barracuda 7200.10 series. At this time the product manual does not have that model number. We are working on it. "

    So now I know.
