Every time I exit Americas Army 3 game a BSOD appears with the following error:

    technical information:
    STOP- 0x00000050 (0xFE6125DC,0X00000000,0X9C16B768,0X00000000)
    cdd.dll - Address 9C16B768base at 9C160000,DateStamp 4a5bd992
with message "page fault at nonpaged area " at the top of BSOD.

    My PC configuration:

    Gigabyte HM61-s motherboard
    Intel dual core 2.70ghz processor
    Adta ddr3 4gb ram
Asus nvidia geforce 210 graphics card
    500 gb hdd

I've never had this issue ever with any of the type of application. I can even play Americas Army 3 for hours with no problem. Its only while exiting this game that I end up with a BSOD. Even this blue screen happens with a car racing game at the time of exiting only. Guys I really need your help to get rid of this BSOD.

    Any advice/help would be appreciated.

Hi bubla, Welcome to Windowsbbs! :)

Please observe the general posting rules regarding keeping your posts readable.

I have edited your post to make it more understandable.

The first thing I would do is install the latest version of your Nvidia video driver from here, GeForce 341.92 Driver.

After the driver installs, reboot the computer and then Perform a clean boot in Windows.

Once the computer has the latest Nvidia driver installed and is in a clean boot state, see if the computer blue screens again.

If the machine has another BSOD then Follow these instructions to post a Dump Data Log.

If you do not have a dump, ensure that your machine is configured to write out a dump by following the directions from microsoft.

Also please enter your System Details. It helps us in answering your questions.

Note: A common error is to forget to show your System Details in your profile:

Make sure to do the above when entering your System Details, thanks.

Thanks Mr. Evan for your reply & I apologise for the mistake i have made.
Next that, I have updated the Graphics card driver to Version 341.92 as directed.
Then I installed the same without any problem & without a clean boot. So before going to next steps, I want to know whether I need a clean boot. Also after that I have played the game for at least 1 hour, found no BSOD for the first time
    on exiting the game.
    Please reply.

Well play the game for a couple of hours and see if the blue screen occurs with the new video driver. If you still get a blue screen then perform a clean boot and see if that helps.

Before posting .dmp files, I want to know whether a defective HDD can cause this BSOD.Because i doubt at startup the HDD sounds weird...like some mechanical fault..After booting it goes fine. Next I tried to download the debugging tools from the given link, which failed. I mean I downloaded and installed the setup. But when tried to run,it failed. A window appeared as if downloading, actually doing nothing with the mouse prompt showing a ring in a never ending process....Please reply.

Have you tried downloading the appropriate setup files using a different Internet browser or from another computer?

Did you perform a clean boot in Windows yet?

Download the setup file from another computer using this link,
Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 4
    .

Then transfer that installation setup program to your computer and run through the setup program. Refer to my first post for further instructions on how to post the dump data log.
