A little more detail would be helpful like the nature/URL of the page - disguised please so that other members cannot log on to it.

I suspect malware, but need much more detail.

Thank you for reply. To keep it short, the Web site is an advertiser for the playing of Poker.
I would agree this be malware, but someone without permision made known my ISP mail address, plus my user name.
I have used IE Content/Setting, and allowed/disallowed in my Email provider, and still this Web site is able to bombard me.

FWIW here is a tutorial so you can check what you have done ....

How to Block Websites in Internet Explorer 8

Another option is to add the address to the Hosts file and a further option is to block it through your Firewall.

If you are getting emails from the site the odds are that one of your contacts with your address in their Contacts list has been compromised.

    How?
It may well have, but as you have not filled in your System Specifications I have no clue as to your OS.

I am still plagued with this Web page (Casino) it appears to log onto another Web page but can be deleted each time - only a nuisance more than anything though it certainly reduces speed of main and selected Web page until deleted.

Are you getting SPAM emails for the site or are you getting redirected to the site when you're surfing the internet?

No emails involved, when in Web page selected this unwanted Web page installs itself and reduces speed access to first Web page. On deleting by pressing [x] at top right of this Web page removes page and no longer interferes until next download of of selected Web page.
