to elaborate more, for example i launch 2 IE browser there will be 2 "iexplorer.exe" running right? i close the 2 browser, the 2 "iexplorer.exe" is still there.. then i re-launch another 2 IE browser total there will be 4 "iexplorer.exe" in the task manager and so on... i notice this when i realise my computer starting to get slower and slower if i used my computer for long time.. then i look at my task manager and saw 10+ "iexplorer.exe" process..

    any help would be appreciated..

    Follow Arie's advice #4.
You're most likely infected with a rootkit.

    Install Firefox

Its an easy solve. Just install Firefox and all your problems will disappear. The last good version of IE was IE6 SP2 and since then it has gone downhill. I used to have the same problems as you. IE would crash a window or would leave processes running even though I closed IE and if I had several connections going at once it would just get worse until I had to close IE, go into task manager and kill all running IE processes and then start all over again. I finally got fed up and switched to Firefox and have not had a problem since. You can install and run Firefox along with IE with no problems. You can also make it your default browser. Good bye IE!

    Please, disregard the above.
Installing Firefox will not solve bootkit infection.
