Windows Explorer stops then restarts

    Hi I have a problem that when i either put a blank disc or a usb card reader explorer say's it has stopped working and then restarts i can then carry on I have run mailware and this says it is clear any help please.

    You can start it yourself by Del + Ctrl + Alt. If open Task manager, File menu > New task, now select the explorer.exe from Windows folder.

    Depending on the age of your system and whether or not it came installed with Win7, you may want to check your video drivers:

    Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Display Adaptor ->nameofadaptor--> Driver -->Update Driver
