Inactive [InActive] Microsoft not loading on any browser

Hi.

My hotmail login page will not load (and hasn't for about 3 days) on IE, firefox nor Safari. I can't guet into my email account by a link or incredimail nor Window Live Mail. I can't connect to Windows Live, Messenger neither.

I have tried upgrading my messenger, IE, firefox, AVG. I updated Spybot, Superantispyware, Malware bytes, Hijackthis, Windows Live Messenger.. I tried to update my computer, but I can't access the microsoft.com website either.

It seems that almost all other internet pages load.

I have tried to change my firewall or proxy settings.
I've done a few other things suggested on websites with no success (in firefox using about:config (I did undo what I've tried!), enabling and disabling http 1.1 settings in IE, had a look at the routeur settings, a lynksis wag200g ans played with DNS's.


So at first I was able to access my hotmail account on any browser. 3 days ago I suddenly was'nt and was'nt able to update my anti-virus. I upgraded the anti-virus and it worked. I had problems opening Word documents without using safe mode, but the problem suddenly disapeered... Now, I still can't load hotmail + live + microsoft stuff... At first it just didn't load with problems loading page about connectivity, but now it starts loading and it's done one a blank page.

P.S. I runned the Malware byte, Spybot, Superantispyware, AVG scan... they only found some traking cookies...

P.P.S. In General Internet Topic, I've been suggested to do pings and always got 100% loss... sent but not received... http://www.windowsbbs.com/general-internet/82371-microsoft-not-loading-any-browser.html Other topic, same content as suggested by my helper...

What should I try next?

I`ve been trying some other things that may help you helping me...

I've been trying to get my hotmail mail into my gmail account but here is the error message I get:

There was a problem connecting to mail.hotmail.com
Please contact Microsoft's support team for more information on POP access.
Show error details Server returned error: "Connection timed out: There may be a problem with the settings you added. Please contact your other email provider to verify the correct server name and port."

I've been trying on yahoo too, but I need to have access to my hotmail account to confirm.

I've been trying by msn.com: the msn page loads, but the link to hotmail or the sign up page doesn`t lead anywhere. On the "tab" I can read login.live, but the web page is blank.

I've tried accessing by surfnolimit.com and atunnel.com, but the hotmail page still don`t load.
