[Blue screen error 0x000000F4]

Hi, i've got this blue screen like 3 times in the past few weeks and really dont know what it means, can you help? this is on my dell laptop.

Download Autoruns and Autorunsc Unzip it to your desktop and then double click autoruns.exe
After the scan is finished then click on File>>>>>>>>>>>Save
The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to save it as Autoruns.txt under the file type option.
in other words make sure it is a .txt file instead of .arn Attach the text in your next reply.

 

ok i followed admin instruction, got to debugwiz the part choose run as admin but that was not an option listed when i right clicked so i chose extract, it did and a screen came up saying a log and finish. so i saved the log and clicked finish, another download screen opened with another downloadfrom microsoft but i just closed the screen. downloaded the debugwiz then tried to find cdb.exe in all suggested locations, nothing and this is 64 system, only choices in Debugging tool for windows(x64) are 1394, skd, srcsrv, srmproxy, themes, triage, usb, winext and winxp. So I did a search in the computer for the cdb.exe but it found nothing?

 

ok i read over it and did just what the instructions state, still no cdb.exe anywhere. Im sorry to have bothered you

 

I ran the windows 7 memory tool and it found no errors.

We did nothing, can you at least grab the minidumps and upload them. As far as autoruns instructions were provided.

 

im just not able to get those here, like i posted, the minidumps are zipped and the site said i need a email to send them so no one told me how or where to send them, it wont let me just copy and paste them here
