IE and Web Browsers (Other than FF) Don't Work

Hello,

For a while now, I have not been able to get any web browsers but Firefox to work. IE doesn't work, Google Chrome doesn't work, and Opera doesn't work. It's not a huge deal, but it is bothersome at times. They say they can't display the webpage. That's why I came here. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to why this was. I don't think I have any viruses or problems, as I have ran Spybot and it didn't come up with anything. I use Windows Firewall, but I have IE, Opera, and Chrome on the exceptions list, and they still don't work. I've also tried re-installing them. But still no luck!

I tried to run Hijack this, but it was telling me that it couldn't save a notepad file for it and I couldn't understand what it was trying to tell me to do. Or else I would have posted this...
