XP Pro with c000021a blue screen

    Hi,

    Had the reboot going on for days then found the disable reboot.

    When I did I got the blue screen and c-000021a and 0xc0000135 shut down.

    I have looked around but am a little confused with some of the answers.

    Is there a definitive one instead of having to reinstall?

    Hi ozstar, Welcome to Windowsbbs! :)

    Take a look here, How to troubleshoot a "STOP 0xC000021A" error. Does the computer have any Norton products installed? Does the computer have Windows XP Service Pack 3 installed? Can you get the computer to boot up in Safe Mode or not?

    Also please enter your System Details. It helps us in answering your questions.
