Resolved [WMP cannot play DVD: "a problem occurred with digital copyright"]

I have WMP v.11 on my computer. When I insert a DVD to play I get the message (COOD1163) "WMP cannot play the DVD because a problem occurred with digital copyright protection "
I used the troubleshooter in WIN XP Pro SP3 but it does not help. Yesterday I installed Combined Community Codec because before that I could not get a movie at all. Now I get the movie but it willn not play due to the error message.
Any idea how to solve this problem.

I have solved my problem. Did not have up to date codex.
