Windows XP Search Settings 1.2 missing?

Hi Everyone,

Hope you can help on this one!

I deleted a folder from the start menu and now everytime I try to open a folder or use internet explorer windows tries to reinstall search setting 1.2. I have to cancel this which takes ages then the folder or application will work.
I've tried to let it install again but it only gives me the option to pick a place for windows to install the search settings from a location.

Any ideas to fix or find the progame? I have looked on mirosoft with no luck
