Windows won't startup. [load needed DLLs for kernel]

    Upon installing Windows, after you get to the working destop, install the motherboard/chipset drivers, then install the graphics card drivers, then other drivers. I have found that Win XP will install what it "thinks" are the best drivers. The drivers from the hardware manufacturer should run the hardware best.
