    The Enterprise has a few more features than the Personal. All three versions has a free license, you picked the one with the most. Right one in my opinion, the Personal would have been almost as good to the average user without a network.
    The only advantage of the Personal and Network is that they will fit on a floppy according to the website, can be important to know for some.
