Windows Server 2008 Automatically Folder Creation

We are using Windows Server 2008 and there are 6 clients using Windows XP on domain. All the Server and Clients are using Quick Heal Total Security. From last 15 days we are facing a strange problem.

On Server There is one folder which is shared and all clients work in this folder but now In that Folder Blank Folders are creating automatically in the same path with same folder name and a blank space appended in the same folder name.
e.g. actual folder \\spserver\data\important
folder creating automatically \\spserver\data\important

and On Weekly Off this Folder Creation activity is not happening. We have formatted all the client machines even partitions are recreated.

Please help if anyone can????????
