My computer gets the following " File Download Security Warning" and tells me to download the following file:

    Name: Setup - 27ab1cc-02024-3.exe
    Type: Application, 212KB
    From: totalvirusscanc3.com

When I press the cancel button to get out of it, it won't cancel and another window pops up and says: "Windows Security Alert" to help protect your computer, windows web security has detected Trojans and ready to remove them" and then gives you a "Remove All" & "Cancel" buttons. But won't let me cancel. This keeps repeating itself ever time I try to cancel anything from these warnings.

When my husband started get warnings same as this he followed the instructions on his computer and downloaded whatever it said, he began to have all kinds of problems with his computer and had to clean it out.

Does anyone know if this is a valid Windows Security Alert? Thank You!
