    I finally give up on this issue as I have been unable to resolve it. I have spent the last couple of days replacing the hard drive and upgrading to windows 7 and rebuilding my data. Fortunate I maintain off site backup so I didn’t lose anything.

    I thank the individuals on this site for your help and patience.
