I have Windows Vista home Prem 2007 32 bytes with service pk 2. I am also running EI8. I have emboirdery designs that I can no longer open from windows explorer nor do I see the icons of all the designs, I have an embird iconizer. When double click the design I get the open with windows. It should go directly to the system that opens the design. Now I get error message that windows host process stopped working. I should mention I was locked out of my computer as admin and had to go to dell support. that's when I started having problems. Dell will not helping saying its a software issue and I need to talk to the suppliers. No help there. :(
