Windows Firewall thinks Comodo is Running

I had Comodo installed a few months ago because my daughter and her friends used the computer at times and I wanted to be protected because I could never be sure where they were goin. My daughter is now off to bigger and better things.

I uninstalled Comodo, cleaned all references I could find on the hard drive; yet Windows Firewall still thinks Comodo is running.

Anyone have any ideas why and how I can make it stop?
