"Windows cannot find C'/WINDOWS/system32/rundll32.exe"?

    On Windows, when I go to the Control Panel, and then to User Accounts or to Remove Programs, an error comes up saying:
    "Windows cannot find C'/WINDOWS/system32/rundll32.exe "

    I guess starting today,I've been getting these errors.Also, a few or my programs can't be located either. After my computer rebooted, I reported a windows error, although the report was called "corrupted ".
