    Same here, James. Mine was about as fast as a typical update and I'm on a relatively slow (6mbps) DSL connection.

    Is that the equivalent of 750 Kbps? That sounds like AT&T's version of DSL lite.

    I'm currently running 1536 Kbps, which, I think is around 12.288 Mbps.

    A private company called RST Fiber will be offering gigabit service in this are soon. Their rates will be very competitive from what I gather.
