[Inactive] Windows 7 limited connectivity after virus attack

HALP! just 2 hours ago, i was a victim to the well known anti-malware doctor fraud. i was able to remove the virus completely from my system (via malwarebytes) however, when i restarted my computer, i was unable to connect to the internet; windows 7 told me that there was limited connectivity, and i will post a HiJackThis! log.

PLEEZE HALP!
