Resolved Window 10 backups failure.

rsinfo, it must be my set up being the problem. Trying AOMEI restore, opens caption "Unable to get Backup information because the image does not exist or it can't be accessed". The HD holding the said image backup is connected to computer.

 

Bobby & rsinfo, I have used AOMEI successfully on several occasions and have always used the user manual from AOMEI.
This way makes it possible to complete the job without making input errors as I fear might have occurred in this instance.
Bobby are you using the user manual?
The only other possibility is corruption in the files.

You can copy/paste to your WordPad and print the pages you need from there.

 

rl, thanks for the help manual. Printed out the Restore part, though the quality was rather disappointing. It does help in showing steps on the part of Restore. I do appreciate your help given.
