Yes it's strange, if you get infected it will pop up all the time.
You might turn off then turn back on your system restore and make a new restore point. Delete everything in your Prefetch folder (This will rebuild itself any way) and delete anything in your AVG quarantine folder if there is anything.

Mike, if you clear out the prefetch folder, do not delete the layout.ini file. It will slow down boot time. Best bet is to use ATF Cleaner by Atribune to clean out temp files, prefetch and cookies.
