[Inactive] win32.autorun.tmp.. can't get rid of it!

I used Spybot S&D, which finds the problem, but when I try to delete it, it says I am not the administrator...but I AM.
it is labeled as win32.autorun.tmp and I believe it is located somewhere in my registry.
So I have no clue what to do, or how to get rid of it.
as of now my computer is in safe mode.
It is a windows 7 inspiron laptop.
It is also known as the 'redirect virus' because when I search something through google (or bing, etc), and click on the link I want, it redirects to some search engine I've never heard of and has nothing to do with the link I clicked.
I am great with computers, but when it comes to a virus that my anti-virus cannot get rid of, I am LOST! So please give detailed instructions on what to do.
    Thanks!
