Why does a window always pop up when i start up my computer?

Wait! Are you trying to make the message stop popping up for me or the window? Because if it's the message then you don't have to worry, it doesn't pop up for me, the window that opens up after I start up my computer is the problem that I'm trying to solve. Sorry if thats what you were trying to do all along though But if it wasn't then do you know how I could make the window to stop opening up every time I start up my computer??

 

Have a look at this :

article I think you may have installed an old program that has put its boot in your win.ini file somewhere. Have you installed any older looking programs, or any backup software recently.

If not, what was the last thing you did before this problem began? By back tracking we may be able to find the source of the problem and go from there.

After reading the previous posts in this thread me thinks this has to be a joke, someone trying to test gullibility or maybe set a record for the number of posts in a single thread.

I would certainly agree with Jim -- This has got to be a joke. I think I remember this same type of "joke" happening on this board late last year.

Just look at the posts.. The whole thing is going in circles.

No its not a joke. I'm only 13 years old!! And why would I joke about something like this? I'm just trying to fix a problem with my computer but it's ok because it seems that everything people are trying to tell me what to do doesn't work so I'll just stick with the annoying window always popping up when I start up my computer! I'm sorry you guys feel this way. But thanks for all the help anyway.
