while accessing local drives "xih9.cmd-Application Error The exceptopn Brea

    hi

    i am getting one error message while accessing local drives "xih9.cmd-Application Error The exceptopn Breakpoint A breakpoint has been reached .(0*80000003) occured in the application at location 0*003229c7.

    Sorry i forgot to mention that while Login as system admin i am able to open local drives but as a user it is not allowing me to open the drives
