[Inactive] Where have all my programs gone?

Hi Guys, I have been infected by the fake program "System Check ".
I have run Malwarebytes a couple of times and I seem to have got rid of most of it, but a few problems remain.
Firstly when I try to access my programs via Start/All programs the programs are listed but are all showing as "Empty ".
Secondly when I try to access web sites for help with Google I am redirected to ridiculous sites.
Your help would be appreciated, John

 

Adding further to that, things like My Computer, Control Panel, Search and Run are also missing!
