    1) To get to a cmd prompt in Windows 7, click the Windows 7 Start orb, type cmd and press [Enter].

    2) Then at the cmd prompt, type powercfg /lastwake and press [Enter] to see what woke your computer last.

Please see the attached screenshot of powercfg /lastwake.
I have no idea what it means.

Me either ... simply because "-1" and "[0]" isn't telling us anything useful. It may be due to the Japanese/Chinese/Whateverese version of the operating system being used. <shrug>

Actually I pressed the power button to wake it up.
Now I use 'Kernel-General' and 'Event ID = 1' instead of 'Power-Troubleshooter' and 'Event ID = 1', and the former can do the job properly. Do you know why?

"Why" doesn't matter, so long as the connection is made on wake up.

In the Event Viewer, I just discovered that a log from the source RTL8167 with Event ID = 1 will be created as soon as a network is available. So I simply use this log to create the connection task, it may be even more convenient. Just out of interest, what is RTL8167 with Event ID = 1?

    EventID.net > Event ID: 1 Source: RTL8167
