Way to get rid of external link warning?

Is there a way to get rid of the warning when I click on an external link at WindowsBBS? Instead of taking me to that link, it takes me to a warning page that tells me that this is an external page, that WindowsBBS isn't responsible for the content, etc. I'd rather skip that if I could. I looked through the options in the control panel but didn't see a way to do this.

 

I don't think that's possible.

I remember there being a thread about it, but can't find it.
