Video problems

    Videos do not play through, are jerky, have slow image retieval, generally worthless.
    If I skip ahead on soem, they play till end.
    New problem, never encountered before.

    Related? Keyboard misses letters. New Logitech wireless.

    Think it would help all if you could be a bit more clear. Not sure what "Keyboard misses letters" would have to do with this but "New Logitech wireless" 'might' figure in but we don't have enough information to say for sure. Did the video problems happen as soon as you put in the new Logitech wireless? Presume you mean a Logitech router or do you mean something else from Logitech that is wireless? Logitech has many items they offer that are wireless, routers, mice, keyboards, speakers, headsets, etc. We do need more information

    Did you install any new programs or make any changes to your system before this issue started happening? What version of Windows 10 are you using?
