Do you have Internet Explorer 10 installed? Have you installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player?

    Video on line not playing:

    Check: IE> Options> Advanced> Multimedia> check box ticked - show pictures.

    video clips issue partly resolved

Download latest versions of IE & FLASH and ended up with an another Error where explorer stopped work. Went back to an earlier Restore Point which sorted the IE error but video clips still would not run.
Tried video under with Firefox and they now run.

Is that error message talking about Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer?

I don't know the difference between between Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer.
All I know is that the Error I was talking about occurred after I followed advice to downloaded and installed IE 10 and latest FLASH.
I recoverd webpage access by resetting my system to an earlier Restore Point.
My initial problem which brought me on to this Board still persists. All video from all sources DO NOT display any images, only the commentaries and other backgrouncan be heard. As I said, if I use Firefox instead of IE there is no problem and both sound and images display. I would change to Firefox or Chrome or whatever , but my Internet access from BT defaults to IE and I can't see how to change that.

Hope I'm making myself clearer now.
    Cheers,
    Sy

Ok but if I knew what the full error message was then we could have a better chance of helping to troubleshoot your problem. Without knowing what the full error message is we will have a harder time trying help you get Internet Explorer working. Windows Explorer is the Windows shell that is responsible for showing you the Start Menu and Taskbar as well as other GUI windows. Internet Explorer is the browser that is included with Windows.

What version of Internet Explorer do you have installed now?

We can either try to get Internet Explorer working or you can use Firefox or Chrome instead.
