I didn't get an email notification of the reply to my last question here and I was awaiting one, but I just thought just now to check here, and there is a reply awaiting me.

I went to where I was directed and I saw in there this string as it called: *mm12
So I removed it and I entered what reboot suggested. I let you'll know how it works.

What Reboot is asking you to do (S10=50) is essentailly tell the modem NOT to drop the connection for up to 5 seconds of no carrier detected.
That may indeed help you.
The S11=50 instructs the modem dial in speed.

I've only been on for a short while since trying this but so far so good. I'll let you guys know after a bit longer stay online with this if it's helping really well.
