updates wont install

    got updates that i have tried to install but i can download them but cant install them need help:mad:

    What happens when you try installing the updates? Do you get an error message?

    Have you tried downloading them manually from the microsoft website and seeing if they will install? What Service Pack does the computer have installed?

    Also please enter your System Details. It helps us in answering your questions.
