I'm looking for a program that will undelete .jpg's from a memory card and restore the original Last Accessed date. I'm able to restore the pictures (with DiskDigger) but not the Last Accessed date or when it was deleted.

    Thanks

Unless you're into forensics is that vitally important? Curious :)

I think windows will only display delete info if you look at the properties of a file while it still is sitting in the recycle bin.

Its long story, but here's a short version... I swapped my wifes memory card in her phone because of some suspicion of her with someone else. I was able to recover about 25 pictures of her posing first with her bra and panties then with bra off (you get the idea). I confronted her and she said she did not send them to anybody  and that she deleted them right away. The dates the pics were taken range in the area of 3 months. Thats why im trying to find the last accessed date or delete date.

Appreciate your situation and sympathise, but this is my take on this .....

When a file is deleted from a drive, be it a hard drive or a flash card all references to the file in question are deleted from the file system - this to my mind would include all date info. The file, as we know, remains on the drive, but the space is flagged as free by the file system and in due course the deleted file is overwritten.

Although the file may be recoverable the date data cannot be as it and the file no longer exist in the file system.

If i click on Properties of the picture it tells me the date, time and the device used. There are other pictures that were recovered that did include the Last Accessed info but none of the important pic's do..

The Last accessed date won't tell you much anyway. Even if you copy a picture, the last accessed date won't change. It is not suppose to be that way, but I copied pictures off my (Windows Mobile) cell phone's SD card, disconnected & reconnected the phone & there was no change in the Last accessed date.

She claims she deleted them the same day they were taken, maybe the last accessed date could prove some things..

I have tried many recovery, undelete programs with no luck of getting the last accessed date. I guess its just not available anymore on the card :(

Not really. Copies could have been made before they were deleted. I think you know enough... but that's not even the point is it? :(

    (Last part is rhetorical)
