Unable to access network

Somehow I have solved the problem with DNS.

Now I am facing with a different problem. Recently i have changed the Administrator password for the Windows 2003 server. After changing the password I am not able to access the server from some client machines. When I try to access the server through network it asks for the administrator password. But I can access other systems in the network.

What could be the reason ?
