    I receive this message when I write a address on Explorer. or some time a window pop[ up with " MIcrosoft Feeds Synchronisation" that inform that encountered a problem need to close" with notice about mssfeedsync file "
    What it 's mean?
    I can' t update any explorer software. I need help....
