The place is way too busy for me, and the people are typically a bit less than friendly.
It's all rush, rush, rush.

Also, I don't know if your friends told you this or not, but California is changing it's motto from "The Golden State" to "The Land of Granola! ", because everyone here is either a fruit, a nut, or a flake.

 

Silly me, and I thought it was the City of the Angels. Though the only angels I ever saw there rode bikes, and wore colors that typicaly said LA Chapter.
Granola - I like that one. Applies to SF also.
